But we go further than the basics: we care for each property as if it were our own, building trust with owners and creating a welcoming, “at-home” experience for tenants and guests. With JMSJ, property management isn’t just maintenance — it’s peace of mind, with collaboration as much or as little as you prefer.
Do you only manage properties in South Florida?
We’re proudly based in South Florida, but JMSJ is growing. We currently manage properties in Florida and are open to opportunities across the U.S. and internationally. With a simple conversation, we can explore how JMSJ can best support and manage your property — no matter where it’s located.
How can I contact my assigned property manager?
Guests: Please use the booking platform where you reserved your stay (e.g., Airbnb) to message your assigned host directly. This ensures timely communication and proper support throughout your visit.
Tenants: You’ve been provided with your property manager’s contact information during onboarding. For general questions, you may also email hello@JMSJLLC.com. Please note that email responses may take time depending on volume.
Owners: If you’re a property owner partnered with JMSJ, you can reach out to your assigned manager using the contact details shared during onboarding. For broader inquiries, feel free to email hello@JMSJLLC.com. As with tenant inquiries, email replies may be delayed during peak periods.
